Return and Exchange Policy

This Return and Exchange Policy is an integral part of the MORO Store's General Use Policy.

They are displayed here separately only to simplify access and viewing by the customer.

In the event of any discrepancy or ambiguity, the Terms of Use published on the Site shall be the original and legally binding reference.

We recommend that all our customers read the entire Terms of Use Policy to ensure they understand all rights and obligations.



1- Return period

The customer has the right to request the return of any product within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

Provided it is in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and with the original tags attached.

This excludes health, personal, or perishable products, such as: (care products, Moroccan soap, tabrima, Moroccan indigo, Moroccan loofah), in order to protect public health.



2- Return due to defect or error


2-1 - For general products such as (caftans, jalabiyas):

If the product is defective or does not meet specifications, the customer has the right to request a return within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of receipt.

Provided that the damage is not caused by improper storage or neglect.


2-2 For health, personal or perishable products, for example: (care products, Moroccan soap, tabrima, Moroccan indigo, Moroccan loofah):

The customer must check it immediately upon receipt and follow the storage instructions attached or mentioned on the website.

If there is a defect or damage due to shipping or a manufacturing defect, a return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt.

No claims will be accepted after this period.



3- Return fees


If the customer wishes to return without any defect or error from the store (such as changing his mind),

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including the first shipping invoice and the return invoice.



4- Replacement


The store does not provide direct exchange service.

If the customer desires a replacement product, they must return the current product for a refund, and then submit a new order through the website.



5- Damage during shipping


If the product is damaged during shipping, the store is responsible for refunding the amount or sending a new order according to the original order value and product availability, as it deems appropriate.
