7-1 - Order processing time: After accepting the order, the store prepares the products within a period typically ranging from one to two business days before issuing the shipping policy and delivering them to the approved shipping company.
7-2 - Choosing a shipping company: The customer is allowed to choose a shipping company from among the options available on the website, and bears full responsibility for this choice, including the fees and conditions of the selected company.
7-3 - Shipping fees: The shipping fees announced to the customer are determined according to the store’s own policy, and may differ, by an increase or decrease, from the basic fees imposed by the shipping company, including the cash on delivery fees.
7-4 - Shipping and tracking time: Shipping time varies depending on the shipping company and customer preferences. The estimated time is displayed upon order completion. This time is for guidance only and may vary depending on circumstances.
7-5 - The store is committed to assisting the customer in following up on the order with the shipping company and resolving problems within reasonable limits.
7-6 - If the shipping period exceeds 14 working days for local orders or 20 working days for international orders, the customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
8-1 - Return Period: The customer has the right to request the return of any product within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that it is in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and with the original tags. This excludes health, personal, or perishable products, such as: (care products, Moroccan soap, tabrima, Moroccan indigo, Moroccan loofah), in order to preserve public health.
8-2 - Return due to defect or error:
8-2-1 - For products other than health, personal, or perishable products, for example: (caftans, jalabiyas): If the product is defective or does not meet specifications, the customer has the right to request a return within a period not exceeding 30 days from receipt, provided that the damage is not the result of improper storage or negligence.
8-2-2 - For health, personal, or perishable products, such as (care products, Moroccan soap, tabrima, Moroccan indigo, Moroccan loofah): The customer must inspect them immediately upon receipt and follow the storage instructions mentioned on the website or with the product. In the event of damage or a manufacturing defect, a return request must be submitted within 7 days. Claims will not be accepted after this period.
8-3 - Return fees: If the customer wishes to return the item without any defect or error, the customer shall bear the full shipping fees, including the first shipping policy and the return policy.
8-4 - Exchange: The store does not offer a direct exchange service. If the customer desires a replacement product, they must return the current product for a refund, then place a new order.
8-5 - Damage during shipping: If the product is damaged during shipping, the store is responsible for refunding the amount or sending a new order according to the original order value and according to product availability, as it deems appropriate.
9-1 - Enter correct, complete and accurate data when registering or submitting applications.
9-2 - The customer shall be responsible for any delay, failure in delivery or loss resulting from entering incorrect data.

11-1 - This Agreement shall be applied in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
11-2 - Any fundamental rights that the customer may have under the mandatory laws in his country shall be taken into account, as far as possible, provided that this does not conflict with local laws or store policies, and without this constituting a comprehensive legal obligation towards those foreign laws.
11-3 - In the event of any difference in interpretation between the Arabic version of this Agreement and any translation, the Arabic version is the legally approved and interpreted version.
12-1 - The store reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
12-2 - Amendments shall become effective immediately upon posting on the website.
12-3 - Your continued use of the website after publication constitutes implicit acceptance and approval of the amendments.
